An AI agent that works the inbox for your Denver business

The shared address gets the same forty questions a week, plus the ones that matter, and somebody spends an hour a day telling them apart. An inbox agent answers the routine ones in your words, drafts replies to the rest for a person to send, and flags the ones that need a call. It works inside rules you set, and it doesn’t send anything it isn’t sure about.

What the inbox agent does

You decide which kinds of email it may answer on its own, which it should only draft, and which go straight to a person. That becomes its instructions. It can stay in draft-only mode for as long as you like.

From $349/mo

Setup is included. How many calls and messages are included is set in your spec.

Answers the routine ones

Hours, directions, do you do this, how much is that, with the answers you’ve approved. Sent, or held for a person to approve first. Your choice.

Drafts the rest

For the emails that need judgment, it writes the reply, attaches what it found, and leaves it in drafts with a two-line summary.

Sorts and flags

Quotes, complaints, invoices, spam. Each goes where you’ve said it goes, and the ones that need a call today get flagged.

Gets new answers when you give them

When you answer something it couldn’t, that answer can go into its instructions so it handles the next one.

Who it’s for. Property managers, clinics, and shops with one address that everyone writes to. Anyone who starts the day with sixty emails and ends it with sixty.
How it starts. A 30-minute call, then a look at a week of real email with you. Foundry24 writes the spec, builds the agent, and runs it in draft-only mode first, so you see what it would have sent before it sends anything.

Questions about the inbox agent

Will it send something wrong?

It only sends the kinds of replies you’ve approved, with the answers you’ve approved. Everything else goes to drafts. You can keep it in draft-only mode for as long as you like.

Does it read all of our email?

It reads the address you point it at, which can be the shared address only, not anyone’s personal inbox.

Where does our email live?

In your own Google Workspace account, where it is now. The agent works through it rather than moving your mail somewhere else.

Can it book or quote?

It can book into the calendar you already use, within the rules you set. Quotes it hands to a person, with the thread summarized.

What does it cost?

From $349 a month. Setup is included, and how many emails are included is written into your spec.

How long does setup take?

A few weeks. You talk through what comes in, Foundry24 writes the spec, builds the agent, and runs it in draft-only mode with you first.
